Andrea
Kuhn Boeshaar and her husband Daniel have been married for over 34 years. They
have 3 adult sons (handsome as the day is long!),1 lovely daughter-in-law, and 4
precious grandchildren.
Andrea
has been writing stories and poems since she was a little girl; however, it
wasn't until 1984 that she started submitting her work for publication. In 1991
she became a Christian and realized her calling to write exclusively for the
Christian market. Since then Andrea has written articles, devotionals, and 31
novels and novellas.
Another
of Andrea’s accomplishments is as a co-founder of the American Christian Fiction
Writers (ACFW) organization. For many years she served on both its Advisory
Board and as its CEO.
Finally,
Andrea enjoys giving back by sharing what she's learned in her many years of
writing and publishing. Andrea
has taught workshops at such conferences as: Write-To-Publish; American
Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW); Oregon Christian Writers Conference; Mount
Hermon Writers Conference; the Novel Retreat at the Gideon Media Arts Conference
and Film Festival, and many local writers conferences. She also speaks at
women's retreats. She
is a member of RWA and serves as the Wisconsin chapter's vice president and
conference chairperson for the 2013 WisRWA Conference.
